The Role:
We are looking for a motivated Jr. Project Manager with 1 – 2 years of experience in Scrum project management to join our team. You will play a key role in managing our Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
– Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
– Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
– Track project progress, monitor key metrics, and ensure deliverables are on time.
– Act as a servant leader, removing roadblocks and enabling team success.
– Manage project risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve issues.
– Drive continuous improvement in team processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year of experience in Scrum project management.
– Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is preferred.
– Proven track record in leading Agile projects and delivering results.
– Strong communication and leadership skills.
– Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
