Job Description:As an Associate QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and client requirements. You will work closely with QA and development teams to identify and resolve issues, execute tests, and prepare automation test scripts. Your contributions will be vital in delivering robust and reliable software solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing test cases for new and existing software applications.
- Perform manual testing of applications to identify bugs and ensure functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA; find the root cause of bugs, provide detailed bug reports, and assist in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Perform smoke tests, integration tests, sanity tests, and regression tests.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA teams, and UX/UI designers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features; communicate effectively to address and resolve issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and other QA-related activities, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Job Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Test automation experience is a plus.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH (non-negotiable, as this engineer will be working directly with project teams in the USA).
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
