We are looking for brilliant test engineers to join our ever-expanding team and ensure the high-quality of our products.
Position: Full-time
– Developing and executing comprehensive manual test cases and scenarios to ensure features align with functional requirements.
– Possessing foundational knowledge of automated test scripts to validate various application functionalities.
– Creating and maintaining test metrics to accurately assess software quality and performance.
– Conducting thorough performance testing to ensure product scalability and stability before release.
– Performing API testing.
– Preparing detailed documentation of issues, including bug reports with severity levels, resolution statuses, and reproducible steps.
– Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects, while providing in-depth information for effective issue resolution.
– Collaborating closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure consistency in design and accuracy in content.
– Staying informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing to continuously improve QA processes.
– A minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
– Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
– Proficiency in writing and executing automated test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Katalon Studio, or equivalent.
– Demonstrated ability to meticulously review design mockups and content implementations, identifying even the smallest discrepancies.
– Experience in documenting inconsistencies in visual design, content layout, typography, and UI elements, with the ability to communicate them clearly.
– Expertise in performance and load testing to ensure the system’s robustness.
– Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong ability to evaluate and improve the overall user experience.
– Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex systems and workflows.
Academic Requirements:
Not much. If you can fulfill the aforementioned skill requirements, we don’t care about the academic backgrounds. Your skills matter. Certificates and CGPA are secondary.
But if you have a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in CS / CSC / CSE / Software Engineering, it’s a plus of course.
All we need from you is a super-hungry learning habit and a geeky-techie spirit.
