Engineering Manager (Sr Team Leader)

Engineering Leadership Experience (in IT function): At least 12 years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in engineering leadership roles with a strong track record in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in software engineering with proficiency in Scala, PHP, Java, JavaScript or another programming language. Experience with high-performance distributed/big data systems is a plus.
High Standards: Commitment to raising the bar in engineering practices and team performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
