🧑💻About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to drive product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and shape the future of our enterprise-grade products. This role is key to delivering innovative, scalable software solutions that meet evolving client needs.
⚓Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
– Lead enterprise software product development, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
– Conduct stakeholder product reviews, aligning on goals and progress.
– Prepare comprehensive documentation (requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria) aligned with business objectives.
– Act as the main point of contact for key clients, gathering feedback and adapting product strategies.
– Identify growth opportunities for quarterly roadmap development.
– Oversee full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment and post-launch optimization.
– Work closely with development teams to translate visions into actionable AI, cloud, and software solutions.
– Coordinate Agile practices: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
– Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product innovation.
– Use analytics to track product performance, continuously optimizing for improvement.
💡Required Skills & Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, ideally with enterprise SaaS experience.
– Proven record of leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
– Experience with AI integrations and cloud infrastructure a plus.
– Strong in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven strategies.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
– Skilled in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
– Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, thriving in fast-paced environments.
