We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robust backend APIs in collaboration with design, data, and frontend teams.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and be willing to put in extra effort when it matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 year of professional experience in Python programming. Knoweledge with FastAPI is optional but a plus.
- Strong Understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL). Mainly NoSQL.
- Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team.
- Experience with GitHub CI/CD and/ Docker.
- Familiarity with AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and experience managing cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code is a plus.

Terms and conditions
Salary: Up to 120.000 BDT per month
Bonus: 2x festival bonus + discretionary performance bonus
