We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer and Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UI/UX design, experience with Figma, a keen eye for visual design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Knowledge of design systems, proficiency in prototyping, and basic frontend skills are essential. Graphic design proficiency, including creating illustrations and icons, is required, with a bonus for experience in motion design.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โย Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
โย Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
โย Develop and maintain design systems that ensure a consistent visual language across products.
โย Create graphic elements such as icons, illustrations, and other visual assets.
Incorporate motion design where applicable to enhance user interaction and engagement.
โย Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on feedback.
โย Collaborate closely with developers to implement designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
โย Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and graphic design.
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
โ B.Sc./M.Sc. in CSE from any reputed University.
โย 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
โย Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
โย Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
โย Ability to define user journeys and create user flows that enhance usability.
โย Basic frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
โย Excellent graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing illustrations, icons, and other visual designs.
โย Experience with motion design is a plus.
โย Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
โย Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions.

โย Salary: BDT 55,000 to 80,000 Per month (Based on experience and skills)
โย Yearly increment based on performance
โย Yearly two festival bonuses
โย Office Hours: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
โย Weekend: 2 days (Sat-Sun)
