Shwapno, Bangladesh’s largest retail chain, is hiring a Senior Data/Business Analyst to drive data-driven strategies and support critical decisions. In this role, you’ll design KPIs, optimize processes, and collaborate with both local and international stakeholders to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Define, develop, and monitor KPIs across multiple teams, offering insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.
· Design and maintain actionable dashboards for category management, supply chain, and other departments.
· Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and recommend data-backed solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Product Development, etc.) and international stakeholders, aligning with global best practices.
· Communicate insights effectively to drive a data-driven culture and influence key decisions.
· Lead initiatives to automate reporting, optimize data pipelines, and improve data infrastructure.
· Identify and onboard new tech tools to enhance data analysis capabilities and integrate them with existing systems.
· Streamline data collection, aggregation, and visualization to reduce manual efforts and improve accuracy.
· Define and execute analytics strategies focused on customer behavior and e-commerce optimization.
· Establish comprehensive reporting suites for customer insights and operational metrics.
· Oversee A/B test design and analysis to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
· Mentor junior analysts, fostering a data-driven mindset and cultivating analytical skills.
· Continuously enhance the team’s analytical toolbox to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in CSE, Business Administration, or Computer Science, with 4+ years in Data Analytics or Business Analytics, strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and tool implementation.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel, SQL/Databases, Power BI, and Tableau (optional).
