• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and operations professionals, conducting performance evaluations and supporting career growth.
• Foster knowledge sharing, conduct training sessions, and encourage innovation within the team.
• Oversee project timelines, scope, and delivery milestones, ensuring alignment with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage expectations effectively.
• Monitor project progress and reallocate resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Guide the team in developing robust, scalable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards and facilitate technical design discussions.
• Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code in programming languages such as Java and C#.
• Utilize expertise in databases—both SQL (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)—to optimize data storage, retrieval, and performance.
• Ensure the smooth operation of deployed applications, proactively monitoring performance and stability.
• Lead incident management processes and conduct root-cause analysis for operational issues.
• Implement processes and tools to enhance response times, reduce downtime, and streamline operations.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap, aligning team goals with organizational objectives.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Advocate for DevOps principles, CI/CD, and other best practices within the team.
• Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with Product, QA, and IT Infrastructure teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and team achievements.
• Represent the team in meetings, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
