• Age 28 to 36 years

• Sound Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL Install, patch and maintain all Oracle software Install Oracle Apex 21/22, ORDS & upgrade Apex version Maintenance oracle Apex application users, workspace, backup & upload Apex application, approve all production schema changes Control all migrations of Oracle schema objects Design and implement all type of backup & recovery system Implement Oracle failover technology.
• Strong knowledge on RAC multimode with clear concept in SAN Storage and DATA Guard (Single Instance, 2 node RAC to Single instance & 2 node RAC to 2 Node DG) is highly preferred.
• Expert in Linux/Unix mandatory (RHCE certification is added extra advantage).
• Knowledge in installation Windows server, Oracle Linux, Red hat Linux, Centos, Ubuntu, RAID, HDD Partition. Bash, Shell scripting.
• Basic knowledge in Network Security, Cyber Security, System Security, Router, Switch etc.
• Depth knowledge in oracle database parameter.
• Knowledge in Oracle Cloud, advanced SQL server experience.

Responsibilities & Context

Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerate in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, self-driven and experienced Database Administrator whose job responsibilities are given below:

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Oracle PL/SQL solutions to design, document and implement effective data solutions using standard SQL objects like stored procedures, tables, views, functions, Package, Oracle VPD etc.
• Design, document and implement ETL solutions using SSIS plus administration of existing packages.
• Implement reporting solutions using SSRS and report manager and to support existing reporting solutions.
• Responsible for managing all Databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MS Sql, MariaDB, MongoDB).
• Oversees DB security, troubleshoots and fixes DB failures, schedules and executes backups, and prepares data restoration/disaster recovery plans, tracks/monitors database performance and activity.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls, manage network servers and technology tools, DNS Server configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Handling Oracle 9i/ 10g/ 11g/12c/19c/21c databases: optimizing indexes, plans, memory usage, fragmentation handling, DML/DDL lock, Database Event trigger etc.
• Perform any other corelated assignment given by the supervisor.
