Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in PLSQL, Oracle, and Crystal Reports.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and additional certifications such as CCNA and OCP will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating Systems Management:

• Expertise in Linux/Unix (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP configuration.

2. Server & Storage Management:

• Manage physical and virtual servers (e.g., DELL EMC), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Administer SAN/NAS storage systems and implement backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, Commvault).

3. Database Administration:

• Basic understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Perform database backup, recovery, and performance tuning.

4. Software & Data Analysis:

• Proficient in Retail ERP systems and statistical software development.
• Analyze data to support management requirements.

5. Security & Compliance:

• Implement security best practices, including intrusion detection, firewall management, and system hardening.
• Apply updates, patches, and ensure access control mechanisms are in place.
