Open Positions:
Sr. Full-Stack Engineer – JavaScript (4 positions)
We are looking for experienced full-stack engineers with a minimum of 4 years of solid expertise. Key requirements include:
– Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
– Experience building scalable APIs.
– Ability to optimize codes for handling millions of records.
Salary Range: $1,500 – $2,500/month.
Sr. Flutter Engineer (4 positions)
We seek engineers experienced in developing applications with Dart/Flutter. Candidates must have:
– At least 3 years of Flutter development experience.
– Android application development expertise.
– Prior experience with POS development or payment devices is a significant advantage.
– A focus on writing scalable, maintainable code and adhering to best practices.
Salary Range: $1,500 – $2,500/month.
Engineering Manager (2-3 positions)
We are hiring strong engineering managers with hands-on experience developing complex software projects. Requirements include:
– A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience and 2 years in a team management role.
– Excellent problem-solving and team facilitation skills.
– Ideally, candidates who have transitioned from a software engineer role to management.
Salary Range: $2,000 – $3,000/month.
General Requirements for All Positions
– Must be based on Dhaka, Bangladesh
– Strong communication skills in English, especially written.
– Proactive mindset with minimal need for micromanagement.
– Ownership and accountability for tasks.
– Strong problem-solving capabilities.
– Agile mindset.
– Experience with Jira and Confluence.
– Commitment to following best engineering practices.
– Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is highly desirable.
– Experience with restaurant management systems, POS, or online order systems is a plus.
Work Details
Weekly Holidays: Saturday and Sunday.
Work Hours: Flexible schedule; 3 days at the office and 2 days from home.
Office Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka.
