Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent from a UGC-approved or foreign university.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CCNA) will be an advantage.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Banking IT or relevant fields.
Preferred Candidates are those who have:
- A strong work ethic, integrity, adaptability, and accountability.
- Proven expertise in IT-related fields such as software development, cyber security, project management and IT operations.
- Experience working with Fintech Partners and knowledge of tools related to Bangladesh Bank compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
