• Proven experience working 3-4 years in the software industry, with a focus on ERP systems.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (Frappe/Django framework), TypeScript, and JavaScript (VueJs).
• Experience with system design thinking and software architecture design.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and SQL query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong analytical skills to address challenges and provide effective technical solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and develop scalable ERP solutions. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, contributing to the full software development life cycle from concept to deployment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ERP modules, workflows, and integrations.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python and JavaScript within the Frappe framework.
• Take ownership of development tasks and oversee the successful delivery of ERP projects.
• Collaborate with the team to break down development tasks, assign priorities, and deliver agilely.
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and document technical and business needs.
• Ensure ERP instances are optimized for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in ERP systems.
• Perform testing, debugging, and code reviews to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for customization, workflows, and processes.
• Stay updated on ERP updates, tools, and industry best practices to improve system efficiency.
