We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Engineer (Python) to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Python-based applications while ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This role requires a problem-solver with a passion for technology, strong leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate with different stakeholders to translate business processes and requirements into to Frappe constructs such as DocTypes.
• Develop and maintain apps based on the frappe framework, such as ERPNext, Frappe HR, Frappe Desk, Frappe LMS, and others.
• Ability to work with Vue.js and Frappe-UI to work on the front-end.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Frappe/ERPNext technologies and features.
• Help and train other engineers to improve Frappe/ERPNext skills with code review and guidance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in Python development.
• Candidates will get priority, who have experience working in OMS.
