Job Description:
OtoMatic, a leading provider of POS software solutions for restaurants, salons, and parlors, is looking for a dedicated Software Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring smooth deployment and training of our software at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients from the support center via phone, email, or remote assistance.
- Install, configure, and deploy POS software at client sites (restaurants, salons, and parlors).
- Conduct training sessions for staff on how to use the software effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and escalate technical issues.
- Maintain documentation of support cases, deployment processes, and client feedback.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional support.
Compensation & Other Benefits
- Starting Salary: 12,000 BDT per month (with potential for growth).
