What You’ll Do:

• Lead the development of scalable front-end solutions using Next.js and React.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, product managers) to deliver high-quality web applications.

• Optimize web performance, SEO, and accessibility for Next.js projects.

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain a pixel-perfect implementation.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on React and Next.js.

• Advanced knowledge of HTML5 Canvas API and 2D graphics.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and static site generation using Next.js.

• Knowledge of state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar).

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern deployment strategies.

• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.

• Experience with tailwind css or other modern CSS frameworks is a plus.

• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Strapi, Sanity.io, or Contentful is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with real-time drawing applications.

• Knowledge of SVG animations and WebSockets.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Sunday-Thursday) Bangladesh Time, with a 45-minutes lunch break.

This is a dedicated role, and no other work engagements are permitted during office hours. We share our screen on Google Meet to communicate and collaborate to make sure you are comfortable working in such an environment.
