• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise application development and project management role.
• Strong understanding of reporting/analytics tools, databases and servers, application support, and IT security.
• Experience with enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, Service Now, etc.).
• Hands-on experience on .net, Python, Tableau, SQL, Various OS, Access, Excel
• Working knowledge of cloud-based platforms and SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs is a plus.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.
• Well conversant with project management tools and discipline.

Job Summary:

We, Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Information & Applications Specialist to join our IT & Business Systems team. This role will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting business applications and information systems to ensure seamless operations across departments. You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to improve processes, drive automation, and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, Customize, Maintain and Support ‘in-house developed’ and ‘off-the-self’ business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance systems)
• Collaborate with departments to understand application needs and recommend system improvements or new solutions.
• Ensure technology services are complying the SLA with the business
• Process oriented incident (problem/change) management system
• Ensure IT system security from internal and external threats
• Develop policy for information life cycle management, disaster recovery process to ensure high-availability of systems for business continuity
• Assess technology and data linkage risks and enable preemptive measure to safeguard company information system
• Ensure technology refreshments are done on time with system upgrades, patching, integrations, and implementations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.
• Provide application training and support to end users.
• Develop MIS to analyze data trends and produce reports or dashboards as required by the business.
• Support integration of third-party tools and APIs to streamline processes.
