Mediusware Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive individual with over 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team as a Team Lead Python Engineer. As a pivotal member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of skilled Python developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our cutting-edge software solutions.

1. Technical Leadership:
   1. Lead the technical vision and strategy for Python development projects.
   2. Mentor and guide team members in implementing best practices, design principles, and coding standards.
   3. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
2. Development:
   1. Design and architect robust and scalable Python applications, incorporating best practices in software engineering.
   2. Implement complex features and functionality, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
   3. Stay abreast of the latest Python and related technologies, advocating for their adoption when relevant.
3. Project Management:
   1. Collaborate with project managers to define project goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
   2. Actively participate in project planning, providing technical insights and identifying potential challenges.
   3. Drive the team to meet project milestones, addressing any roadblocks promptly.
4. Collaboration:
   1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
   2. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
5. Innovation:
   1. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
   2. Introduce and champion innovative solutions to improve software development processes and product features.

1. Education:
   1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
   1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, demonstrating a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
   2. Proven track record of leading and managing development teams in a dynamic environment.
3. Technical Skills:
   1. Proficient in Python and related frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
   2. Experience with [Specify relevant technologies, frameworks, or tools, e.g., RESTful APIs, Docker, etc.].
   3. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and DevOps.
4. Soft Skills:
   1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
