Sazim is a global design and development software  company headquartered in Toronto and Bangladesh. In the last few years, we have launched a number of products for the world’s Leading startups and enterprises.

We’re hiring technologists to work on a few new products, including one for a Silicon Valley-based client.

Location: Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Type: Full Time (On-site)

Salary: BDT (60,000-90,000)

Workday & Hour: Monday – Friday (5 Days a week). 40 hours per week . Open to working outside traditional work hours but will still be limited to 8 hours per day.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
– Gather and translate client requirements into actionable tasks (Epics, Stories, Tickets).
– Participate in the full SDLC from concept to deployment.
– Write clean, scalable code, adhering to DRY and SOLID principles.
– Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, including ML-driven features like recommendation systems.
– Collaborate with teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and machine learning models.
– Write and maintain technical documentation for software and ML integrations.
– Deploy and optimize ML models, building reusable code and ML pipelines.
– Stay updated with AI/ML advancements to enhance product features.
– Conduct server-side and ML model testing to meet performance goals.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
– Experience: 1-3 years in developing and shipping scalable software, with exposure to machine learning.
– Programming: Proficient in TypeScript, Python, JavaScript, and familiar with ML libraries (TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
– Machine Learning: Basic understanding of LLMs and deep learning, and experience integrating ML models in web apps.
– Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and data pipelines for ML models is a plus.
– Tools/Frameworks: Node.js, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and ML frameworks.
– Testing: Write testable code, including unit tests for ML models.
– Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, IELTS 7+ preferred.
– Version Control: Git repository showcasing ML projects is a plus.
