We are looking for a passionate AI/Automation Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in building and implementing AI-driven solutions that will automate processes across marketing, customer care, and sales. You will work on automating the customer journey from lead acquisition to retention, helping us create a highly efficient, scalable system.
As an AI enthusiast, you will collaborate closely with the development team, the marketing team, and customer care to identify areas of improvement and implement smart solutions.
📑Key Responsibilities:
📌Develop and implement AI solutions to automate marketing, customer care, and sales processes.
📌Create efficient workflows that optimize lead management, customer service, and customer retention.
📌Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
📌Contribute to the development of an AI-driven bot for Utkorsho.
📌Test and streamline BigganBaksho’s marketing funnel into a single, automated system.
📌Collaborate with the development team to build, test, and deploy automation tools.
📝Requirements:
📎Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (CSE background preferred).
📎Strong understanding of Chatgpt, Claude, Zapier, Maker etc
📎Familiarity with tools like Chatbots, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
📎Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
📎Highly creative and analytical, able to generate innovative solutions.
📎Interest in AI trends and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
📎Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
