• More than 5 years of experience in AI, including more than 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading large AI projects from research to development.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming (e.g., Python).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning, reinforcement learning, computer vision, and NLP.
• Excellent team leadership skills and experience growing high-performance teams.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed systems for training and inference.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement the AI strategy to align with business goals.
• Lead AI research to create innovative and scalable solutions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
• Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to use AI to improve products and processes.
• Design and deploy machine learning models for computer vision, NLP, reinforcement learning, and more.
• Set technical standards and best practices for AI and ML development.
• Present AI initiatives and results to leadership, providing insights on business impact.
• Use machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Deploy AI services using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Use distributed training strategies on GPUs for deep learning models.
• Use data engineering tools like Apache Spark and Kafka for data pipelines.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for scalability and reproducibility.
• Use Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Track project progress with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Apply MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
