Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the software development industry.
*Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
*Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
*Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
