The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Angular and .NET development, experience in leading teams, and a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring high-quality code, and fostering innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and operations professionals, conducting performance evaluations and supporting career growth.
• Foster knowledge sharing, conduct training sessions, and encourage innovation within the team.
• Oversee project timelines, scope, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage expectations.
• Track project progress and optimize resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Ensure the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and lead technical design discussions to uphold quality standards.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code in Java and C#.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, and develop and maintain .NET-based web applications.
• Optimize database performance for SQL-based systems (e.g., MSSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
