Responsibilities & Context
- Provide corrective and preventive support services related to IT and cybersecurity.
- Offer first-level support and services for all software applications and SaaS platforms.
- Deliver first and second-level support and services for the portfolio of computing devices and infrastructure, including:
- i. Computing Devices: Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Mobile Devices operating on MAC, Windows, Linux, Android, and other platforms.
- ii. Office Equipment: Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Access Control Systems, etc.
- iii. Network Equipment & Internet Connectivity: Modems, Cabling, Routers, Switches, Next Generation Firewalls, Access Points, Wi-Fi Networks, etc.
- iv. Power: UPS, AVR, and other power-related equipment.
- Ensure support for managing endpoint security, including XDR and tools for remote workers.
- Assist in remediating vulnerabilities and managing patches as per reports and plans.
- Participate in periodic ISO & SOC audits and client compliance programs. Contribute to the preparation of related reports and maintain audit logs as per guidelines.
- Support IT inventory management and contribute to decision-making regarding device replacements and spare parts procurement.
- Collaborate in both functional and cross-functional projects.
- Maintain internal knowledge documents and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues and peers.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant suppliers and stakeholders.
