Job Context:
As a Flutter Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Flutter code. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of scalable mobile apps and ensure best practices in software engineering are followed. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Flutter development, and a passion for delivering high-quality apps.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end development of Flutter-based mobile applications, from concept to deployment.
2. Mentor, coach, and guide a team of Flutter developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
3. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth user experiences.
4. Oversee code quality, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software development.
5. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs in Flutter applications.
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile app development and Flutter.
8. Establish and maintain documentation for project workflows and technical processes.
9. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, create technical specifications, and estimate development timelines.
10. Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
Skill Requirements:
1. Experience with native Android and iOS development.
2. Familiarity with cloud services like Firebase, AWS, or Azure.
3. Knowledge of mobile security and data protection best practices.
4. Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
Experience Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Flutter developer with a strong portfolio of published apps.
2. Experience leading or managing a team of developers.
3. Proficiency in Dart and Flutter frameworks.
4. Deep understanding of mobile app development life cycle and best practices.
5. Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
6. Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
