We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with experience in modern web development frameworks and a strong understanding of user interface design. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building visually appealing and high-performance web applications. 🔥 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1️⃣ Develop and maintain web applications using React.js Next.js and TypeScript.
2️⃣ Implement responsive and visually engaging designs using Tailwind CSS.
3️⃣ Build and manage reusable UI components, incorporating tools like ShadCN, NextUI, Ant Design, and Material UI.
4️⃣ Create data visualizations and interactive charts with Recharts.
5️⃣ Handle state management and server data fetching using Redux, RTK Query, React TanStack Query, and Zustand.
6️⃣ Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to deliver a seamless user experience.
7️⃣ Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
8️⃣ Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend development.

🔑 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1️⃣ At Least 2 years of proven core frontend development experience in React.js Next.js and TypeScript.
2️⃣ Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS for styling and layout.
3️⃣ Familiarity with ShadCN, NextUI, Ant Design, and Material UI for UI component management.
4️⃣ Experience creating data visualizations using Recharts or other chart libraries.
5️⃣ Hands-on experience with React TanStack Query, Redux, RTK Query, and Zustand for state management and server data handling.
6️⃣ Understanding of modern front-end development tools and practices.
7️⃣ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

📑 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞:
1️⃣ Full-Time (8 Hours a Day, 5 Days a Week) [We won’t track your time; we only care about your contribution.]
2️⃣ The first 3 months will be considered a probation period. (If you can prove yourself in the first month, we won’t wait 3 months.)

💵 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲:
1️⃣ 40,000 BDT – 50,000 BDT Monthly [We value your talent, no worries.]
2️⃣ During the probation period, you will only receive your salary; after probation, you will receive additional benefits.
