Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with NodeJs and Angular, and be adept at problem-solving and quick learning. We are looking for someone who is willing to work long-term and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using NodeJs and Angular (14+).
• Design and implement REST APIs.
• Work with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development with at least 4 years specifically in NodeJs.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of the NodeJs runtime.
• Strong experience with the Angular frontend framework (14+).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies rapidly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work long-term and grow with the company.
What We Offer
• Competitive salary range: 70,000 BDT to 150,000 BDT.
• 6 months provisional period.
• Yearly salary increment based on performance.

• Partially subsidized lunch.
• Office hours from 11 AM to 8 PM.
• No work from home allowed, onsite presence required.
