hashtagPosition_Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Implementation Engineer with experience in the RMG sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards in our operations.
• Lead or assist in ERP solutions tailored for garment manufacturing.
• Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes through ERP integration.
• Implement ERP tools for production monitoring and quality control and ensure real-time data collection from the shop floor.
• Customization & Configuration – Configure modules like MRP, BOM, and production scheduling.
• Develop custom reports to monitor production metrics.
• Implement data-driven tools for senior management.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and manufacturing teams.
• Lead data migration from legacy systems to ERP.
• Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications in ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics (preferable).
• 2-3 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry (RMG), with a focus on industrial engineering processes.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation in the garment or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems relevant to manufacturing, such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Infor M3.
• Ability to troubleshoot ERP implementation issues, adapt to changing business requirements, and propose actionable solutions.
• Ability to act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
