Additional Requirements
The potential candidate will ideally have a bachelor degree in Computer Science from any reputed public or private university with minimum 10 years’ experience in the software development industry including minimum 4 years of experience as a software developer and minimum 2 years of experience as a software development team lead. S/he must have sound knowledge of requirement analysis, design and architecting experience in several software development projects, and database schema design and enhancement experience in multiple projects.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Principal Software Engineer/Architect who will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. S/he will lead architectural discussions, provide technical guidance to the engineering team, and drive innovation to meet our University’s goals and objectives. The responsible person will be responsible for managing and integration of various software and infrastructure and ensuring the IT best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Principal Software Engineer/Architect will lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance software systems. S/he will oversee and manage the Technical UAT of software engineering projects and Technical Integration of various business applications, guide SRS to Prototype/Final Development for In-house and out-sourced development projects. S/he will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, also, will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify technical solutions, and prioritize tasks.
