🧾Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality of software solutions by applying best practices in software testing, bug identification, and performance improvement. You will work closely with developers and project managers to ensure that all software meets the desired quality standards and business requirements.
📑Key Responsibilities:
📌Review and analyze system specifications to develop effective test plans.
📌Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software functionality and performance.
📌Identify, record, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).
📌Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution of defects.
📌Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
📌Ensure the final product meets customer requirements and company standards.
📌Perform regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.
📌Communicate testing progress and results to the team and stakeholders.
📝Requirements:
📎Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
📎1-3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
📎Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
📎Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) is a plus.
📎Knowledge of bug tracking and test management software (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
📎Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
📎Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
📎Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
📎Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
