Job Overview:
Are you ready to work as a salesforce developer? JB connect ltd is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building responsive and engaging user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
- Customize and configure Salesforce features such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder to meet specific business requirements.
- Integration:
- Collaborate with other team members to integrate Salesforce with other systems, both internal and external, using tools like REST and SOAP APIs.
- Implement and maintain data integration between Salesforce and various third-party applications.
- Data Management:
- Design and implement data models, complex data flows, and data validation rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce.
- Perform data migrations and manipulations as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather and document detailed requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintenance and Support:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and releases, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit testing and participate in the development of system and user acceptance testing plans.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of code releases.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and release notes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce GUI development tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Remuneration minimum 50,000 BDT to 100,000 BDT Monthly (remuneration might be negotiable based on the skill & performance)
