• The eligible candidate will be a source of technical expert for the team and will lead the design, coding and testing of developments.
• 10+ years of software development experience with minimum 3 years in leading role in any CMMI-3 level software development company or any MNC.
• Experience of using systems analysis and relational database design to extend existing database models.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of development and maintain applications for ERP.
• Experience working with Oracle ERP/Fusion will be an added advantage.
• In these areas of technical specialism-
• The candidate must have experience for documenting, implementing, reviewing and maintaining common development approaches to his team along with other development teams. S/He will provide leadership, training and supervision to the junior developers of his/her team.

Responsibilities & Context

• Be responsible for development of bespoke business applications ERP written in JavaScript, ASP.Net, C-Sharp.

• To follow the protocols of software change management and responsible for creating plans & required documents for user requirements collection, software development & testing.

• To develop a thorough knowledge of the business systems within the area of responsibility.

• As a technical specialist, the post holder will take on several specific responsibilities that support coherent development policy and procedures across the systems the development team is responsible for, such as:
  • Source control and release management,
  • Development standards and code reviews,
  • Quality assurance and documentations,
  • Code optimization and performance tuning,
  • Documentations related to developments and changes.
