Education

    Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Vendor certification of Microsoft cloud technology
  • Candidate from  Microsoft Solution provider.
  • Work independently as well as cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and excellent rapport with customers and coworkers.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context

Deployment and Configuration:

  • Plan, deploy, and configure Office 365 services, Active directory , Exchange server according to the organization’s requirements.
  • Ensure proper licensing and subscription management

User Management:

  • Create, modify, and delete user accounts.
  • Manage user licenses, permissions, and access controls.
  • Set up and configure user profiles and mailboxes.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce security policies and measures to protect data and resources.
  • Configure security settings such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and data loss prevention (DLP).
  • Monitor for security threats and vulnerabilities, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA.

Email Management:

  • Administer Exchange Online, Exchange server including configuring mail flow, distribution lists, and mail protection.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot email delivery issues.
  • Implement and maintain email archiving and retention policies.
  • Exchange server database management.

Collaboration Tools:

  • Manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
  • Administer OneDrive for Business and file sharing capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide technical support to end-users for Office 365 services.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to email, collaboration tools, and other Office 365 components.
  • Work closely with other IT teams to resolve complex problems.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance and availability of Office 365 services.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Implement best practices to ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Documentation and Training:

  • Maintain documentation for Office 365 configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Office 365 tools and features.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Office 365.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance productivity, security, and efficiency.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

  • Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.
  • Test backup and recovery procedures regularly to verify their effectiveness
