⏩ About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in building and optimizing scalable frontend applications. The ideal candidate has a strong command of React, Next.js, and TypeScript, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, performant, and secure user interfaces, playing a key part in shaping the front-end architecture and enhancing the user experience of our platform.
⏩ Key Responsibilities:
– Build and optimize web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, creating responsive and reusable components.
– Enhance frontend performance and scalability using SSR, SSG, and code-splitting, collaborating with backend engineers for smooth integrations.
– Write type-safe code and implement testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) to ensure quality and prevent regressions.
– Apply best practices for frontend security and collaborate on secure data handling.
– Work with UX/UI, product, and backend teams, leading code reviews and effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.
⏩ Required Skills & Experience:
– 6+ years in frontend development, with expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
– Proficiency in ES6+ and strong understanding of TypeScript for type-safe development.
– Advanced experience with React and Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and optimization techniques.
– Skilled in performance optimization using Lighthouse and best practices for responsive, fast-loading applications.
– Proficient with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright for thorough testing.
– Knowledge of frontend security measures, including XSS and CSRF protection.
– Strong communication, cross-department collaboration, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
⏩ Nice to Have:
– Experience with additional frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular.
– Familiarity with backend basics (e.g., Node.js, RESTful APIs) to support full-stack collaboration.
– Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
