Attention aspiring Software Engineers! I am hiring multiple full time (paid) software engineering interns for Optimizely Dhaka.
This isn’t just a short-term opportunity. Our internships are designed to be a stepping stone to a full-time position at Optimizely. We’re looking for passionate problem solvers who are software engineering enthusiasts, and have the potential to become future leaders. In fact, some of our interns from seven years ago are now Engineering Managers and continue to grow with us.

– You are a fresher, or have less than a year of work experience
– You are a problem solver with a proven track record
– You are passionate about software engineering and building things, not just competitive programming, i.e. you have built projects within or outside of academia
– You have an endless curiosity to learn, and to find out how things work
– You are a self-starter, self-driven and motivated individual who seeks out opportunities to learn and grow
– You are comfortable and confident with communicating in English
