Responsibilities & Context

• Develop a comprehensive project roadmap, defining clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and establish clear team responsibilities.
• Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and product managers to align on project goals.
• Facilitate team communication and resolve conflicts to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Organize and lead regular meetings, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
• Address bottlenecks and roadblocks by proactively working with stakeholders.
• Ensure the project stays within scope, budget, and agreed-upon timelines.
• Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline development cycles.
• Ensure continuous improvement through iterative development and feedback loops.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the development team.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
