Job Title: Trainee Software Engineer – AI
About The Role: BJIT Ltd. is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainee Software Engineer. This will be a great opportunity for freshers to get professional training and gain practical experience in the rapidly growing field of AI/ML.

Requirements:
· Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
· 0 -2 Years
· Strong object-oriented concept, problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
· Solid understanding of fundamental AI and machine learning concepts and algorithms.
· Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++
· Knowledge in different AI development Framework
· Basic Knowledge on Generative AI
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
· Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and data analysis tools.
· Experience with AI/ML projects, blockchain projects, or XR applications (academic projects or internships).
· Basic understanding of decentralized technologies like Blockchain, IPFS.
Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in full-time technical training, completing assignments and project work.
· Collaborate with real development teams to gain insight into industry-level work culture and hands-on experience.
· Understand the development process, including an introduction to development tools and technologies.
· Receive training on the fundamentals of Cloud Services and the AGILE methodology.
· Develop industry-standard soft skills in global business culture, communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
Skill Development Training/Hire & Train Program:
· The training program will last 17 weeks, including 4 weeks of project work to develop skills and capabilities
· 50% of the top performers will be selected as permanent employees based on their training evaluations.
