Experience Requirements:
At least 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
● Work with developers and project managers to design intuitive web and mobile interfaces.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a variety of platforms.
● Design web banners and static graphics for websites and apps.
● Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to guide design decisions.
● Ensure consistency in design elements, branding, and user flow across various platforms.
● Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools.
● Conduct usability testing to optimize designs and improve the overall user experience.
Requirements:
● Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
● Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
● Understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methods.
● Ability to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
● Strong understanding of responsive design and best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
● Capability to design compelling web banners and static graphics.
● Good knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
● Additional certifications in UI/UX design are a plus.
● Educational requirements may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
