JobXprss Refund Policy

We want all our users to be satisfied. For whatever reason, if our service does not meet your expectation, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may not be eligible for refunds. For more information regarding our refund policy, please see below.

How to submit a refund request

To submit a refund request, please use Contact Us. Write the details of the service, you are requesting the refund for and also the reasons for this request.

Reasons for denied refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Users who have their account banned or disabled due to a violation of our Terms of Use will not be eligible to receive a refund.
  2. We do not grant refunds for any subscription services.
  3. Request submitted after 72 Hours from the time of purchase.

Please note that these refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Updates to Our Refund Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on the Platform. The revised Policy will be effective immediately for unregistered users and users registering accounts or otherwise acknowledging the Policy on or after the revision date. For other users who registered accounts before the revision date, it will also become effective immediately. However they can object to the new Policy within thirty (30) days after the revision date. If we make a change that we believe materially reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this website prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Platform is subject to the most current effective version of this Policy. If you object to the Policy after it becomes effective for you, you may no longer use the Platform.
